US President Trump unveils new Air Force One, plans trips to Turkey and China

President Donald Trump introduced a newly refurbished Boeing 747, donated by Qatar, as the United States’ new Air Force One during a ceremony at Andrews Air Force Base. He highlighted the aircraft’s advanced communications and defense systems and said it will support a series of upcoming foreign visits.

Trump announced that the plane will be used for trips to Turkey, where he will attend the NATO summit in Ankara, as well as to China later this year. He also noted that Chinese President Xi Jinping is expected to visit the United States in September, with a subsequent conference in China planned.
