U.S. Rep. Max Miller’s Lawyer Admits Accidental Release of Daughter’s Sensitive Photo
Attorney Aaron Minc, counsel for Ohio Republican Representative Max Miller, said he was solely responsible for the inadvertent public release of a photo of Miller’s two‑year‑old daughter that showed her genitals. Minc described the incident as a "completely unintentional" mistake that occurred when Miller posted a large Dropbox folder of documents online after a livestream defense. The image, which could be classified as child sexual abuse material, was later removed.
Miller is currently facing domestic‑abuse charges brought by his wife, Emily Moreno, who alleges he scalded her with boiling water. Moreno’s father, Senator Bernie Moreno, has called for Miller to resign. The controversy has intensified scrutiny of the congressman’s legal defense and the handling of sensitive material.
