US Senator Lindsey Graham and Israeli PM Netanyahu Plot to Delay ICC Arrest Warrants

A July 2026 report by Middle East Eye alleges that U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham coordinated with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to stall International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrants. The alleged scheme involved using sexual‑misconduct accusations against ICC chief prosecutor Karim Khan as leverage. Recordings from 2024, captured by filmmaker Alex Holder, show the two discussing a joint letter to the court and recruiting Democratic senators to support the effort.

The ICC had issued arrest warrants in November 2024 for Netanyahu and former defence minister Yoav Gallant over alleged war crimes in the Palestinian territories. Despite Graham and Netanyahu’s attempts, the warrants were issued and the alleged interference failed to prevent them.
