US State Department releases November 2026 Visa Bulletin

The US Department of State has released the November 2026 Visa Bulletin, detailing shifts in priority dates for various family-sponsored and employment-based immigrant visa categories.

For family-sponsored categories, several groups saw significant movement. The F1, F2B, F3, and F4 categories each advanced by 12 months. Specifically, the F1 category for unmarried adult children of US citizens moved to January 22, 2021, while the F4 category for siblings of US citizens moved to October 22, 2012. The F2A category, for spouses and children of permanent residents, advanced by one month.

Employment-based movement showed mixed results for applicants from the Philippines. The EB-2 category for advanced degree holders or those with exceptional ability advanced by three months to April 1, 2025. However, the EB-3 category for skilled workers and professionals showed no movement.

For applicants already within the United States, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) confirmed that those adjusting status must use the ‘Dates for Filing’ chart, which remained largely unchanged for many categories this month.
