US tennis calendar unveils Washington ATP 500 field and US Open 2026 schedule

The ATP 500 tournament in Washington, D.C., set for July 25‑August 2, has released its entry list. Among the men’s draw are four top‑10 players and eight top‑20 players, including Felix Auger‑Aliassime, Alex de Minaur, Daniil Medvedev, Taylor Fritz and wild‑card Ben Shelton. Italian Lorenzo Musetti, who is returning from a thigh injury, is also expected to compete, while the women’s side features Jasmine Paolini, Venus Williams (who also earned a wild‑card for the WTA 1000 event in Toronto) and top‑10 Elina Svitolina.

The US Open 2026 in New York will run from Sunday 30 August to Sunday 13 September. Qualifying matches are scheduled for 24‑27 August, with the main draw beginning on 30 August.
