U.S. UFO whistleblowers allege intimidation and hidden billions

Former U.S. Air Force intelligence officer David Grusch claimed that U.S. intelligence agencies maintain undisclosed "slush funds" of billions of dollars for secret UFO crash retrieval and reverse‑engineering programs, operating outside congressional oversight. Grusch urged Vice President JD Vance’s fraud task force to launch an investigation and called for full declassification of the programs.

At the Contact in the Desert conference, three former service members and officials – Air Force veteran Dylan Borland, former national‑security official Matthew Brown, and Navy Senior Chief Alexandro Wiggins – said they faced intimidation, doxxing and threats of treason after testifying about UFO encounters. Borland reported personal and professional retaliation, Brown described a home intrusion intended as intimidation, and Wiggins warned his retirement could be jeopardised. They allege that despite official reporting channels, the government pressures witnesses to silence.

Both claims highlight concerns over secret funding, potential misuse of taxpayer money, and the treatment of whistleblowers who seek disclosure of unidentified aerial phenomena.
