USA Lacrosse Announces Roster for Inaugural Pan‑American Championship

USA Lacrosse has named a 22‑player roster for the inaugural Pan‑American Men’s Lacrosse Championship, scheduled for Aug. 16‑23 in Kingston, Jamaica. The tournament will serve as a qualifier for the 2027 World Lacrosse Men’s Championship in Japan, with the top five teams earning spots.

Head coach Seth Tierney, also Hofstra University coach, highlighted the mix of professional and college athletes, noting veterans such as Eric Law and Ryan Tierney and younger talent like Blake Eiland, a Maryland Whipsnakes draft pick. The United States will compete in Pool B against Colombia, Jamaica and Puerto Rico, opening the competition against Puerto Rico on Aug. 18.
