USA Lacrosse Hosts Major U17 and 19‑Under National Combines

USA Lacrosse organized two high‑profile youth events this week. Over 100 of the nation’s top girls under 17 were invited to the Girls’ U17 National Combine in Sparks, Maryland, where they participated in on‑field drills, coaching panels, mental‑performance training and a recruiting seminar. The camp will select 24 players for the U.S. Youth National Team to compete later in the year at the Rivalry Challenge in Canada and the Brogden Cup.

Separately, two standout athletes from a local lacrosse community competed at the USA Lacrosse Women’s 19‑and‑under National Combine, impressing scouts with speed, stamina, tactical awareness and leadership. Their performances highlighted the growing strength of regional lacrosse programs and opened pathways to collegiate opportunities.
