USA Women’s Lacrosse prepares for Sixes training and WLL championship

The U.S. Women’s Sixes National Team has announced a 22-player roster for an upcoming training camp at USA Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Maryland. The camp, led by head coach Lindsey Munday, serves as a precursor to the Pan-American Sixes Lacrosse Championships in Ontario, which acts as a qualifier for the 2027 World Lacrosse Sixes Championship and the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.

Ten players from the recent gold-medal winning U.S. Women’s Field National Team are included in the camp, alongside rising stars such as Aditi Foster. The roster features several athletes currently competing in the inaugural Women’s Lacrosse League (WLL) championship.

The WLL championship game features the California Palms against the Maryland Charm at Subaru Park in Chester, Pennsylvania. The matchup pits former teammates and U.S. national team members against one another, including Marie McCool for the Palms and Caylee Waters for the Charm. The rosters for both teams include international talent from Canada, Argentina, and England.
