Usain Bolt proposes to Kasi Bennett during 40th birthday

Jamaican sprinting legend Usain Bolt proposed to his longtime partner, Kasi Bennett, during his 40th birthday celebration in Kingston, Jamaica. The event took place at One Belmont in the presence of family and close friends.

Bolt, an eight-time Olympic gold medalist, presented Bennett with a five-carat pear-shaped diamond engagement ring. The couple has been in a relationship since 2013 and shares three children: daughter Olympia Lightning and twin sons Thunder and Saint Leo.

During the celebration, Bolt reflected on their journey together, noting that he had promised to marry her for many years. Bennett expressed her surprise and joy through social media, describing Bolt as her “person” and an incredible father.
