Usame Zukorlić re-elected to lead SPP

Usame Zukorlić has been re-elected to lead the Party of Justice and Reconciliation (SPP) for a new four-year mandate following the party's electoral congress in Novi Pazar.

During the congress, Zukorlić announced the evolution of the ‘Muftis movement’ into the Movement for the Unification of Bosniaks, introducing new symbols and an anthem. The party delegates adopted a Declaration on the Unification of Bosniaks, emphasizing the need for political unity and regional infrastructure development. Zukorlić proposed major projects including highway connections to Vienna, Frankfurt, and Sarajevo, as well as the construction of an airport in Sjenica.

The event featured international participation via video messages and live addresses from representatives in Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Turkey. Zukorlić also called for the formation of a Forum of Political Representatives of Sandžak, inviting the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) and the Sandžak Democratic Party (SDP) to join the effort.
