USAMV București hosts BOBOCFEST 2026 for new students

USAMV București is hosting BOBOCFEST 2026, an event designed to welcome first-year students and introduce them to university life. The festival features representatives from seven faculties and various student clubs, providing information on academic opportunities, Erasmus+, entrepreneurship, and career guidance.

As part of the event, the Safe Vibes campaign, developed by Asociația Fără Umbre, will host a dedicated stand focused on nightlife safety. The initiative aims to educate students on preventing drink spiking through live demonstrations of testing bracelets that detect contaminants.

Students can also learn about the ‘Angel Shot’ protocol for requesting discreet help in bars and access the Safe Vibes application, which includes an SOS button, real-time location sharing, and alerts for when individuals are separated from their groups. The Romanian Police will also be present to provide information regarding safety and prevention.
