USC Trojans defeat Penn State behind Jayden Maiava's performance

The No. 19 USC Trojans secured a significant victory over the Penn State Nittany Lions at Beaver Stadium. Senior quarterback Jayden Maiava led the offense, completing 21 of 33 passes for 301 yards, three touchdowns, and zero turnovers.

Maiava credited the win to thorough preparation and the team's ability to handle the intense White Out atmosphere. Key contributors included the return of receiver Trent Mosley and the performance of freshman lineman Vlad Dyakonov, who stepped up shortly before kickoff. The Trojans' offense remained disciplined, committing only one significant self-inflicted penalty during the game.
