USCA condemns illegal leak of Urda train accident audio

Lola Moreno, president of the Air Traffic Controllers Union (USCA), has condemned the leak of audio recordings from ADIF controllers following the train accident in Urda, Toledo. Moreno described the dissemination of these recordings as inadmissible and illegal.

The condemnation was made during the opening of the USCA 38th National Congress in Palma. Beyond the accident, Moreno addressed challenges facing Spanish air traffic control, including increasing flight volumes and the need for better infrastructure and staffing. In Palma, flight management increased by 4.6 percent compared to last year, reaching over 325,000 flights through September.
