This means advertised prices must include all mandatory fees—such as administration, freight, pre-delivery expenses, and mandatory safety certification—excluding only HST and licensing.

Beyond pricing, utilizing a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) allows buyers to access a car’s history. Researching a VIN can reveal previous auction listings, historical photographs, reported damage, and insurance claims.
