Shinwa Holdings has opened the Ushinoie Kita 3-jo branch in Sapporo. The restaurant operates as a direct management outlet for meat wholesalers from Iwamizawa, allowing for affordable pricing on items such as Wagyu and hormone.

The new location features Suffolk Cross lamb, including lamb chops and raw lamb. The establishment offers various dining options including breakfast yakiniku, all-you-can-eat plans, lunch, and dinner services. The restaurant includes 86 seats and utilizes Hokkaido-grown rice cooked in traditional iron pots.
