Ushuaia hosts inaugural Esperanzas del Fin del Mundo youth football cup

The city of Ushuaia hosted the first edition of the ‘Esperanzas del Fin del Mundo’ Cup, a youth football tournament organized by Club AATEDYC to mark the institution's 15th anniversary.

The competition featured 12 teams competing in the male Under-9, Under-11, and Under-13 categories. Participating delegations included teams from Ushuaia, Río Grande, and Tolhuin, as well as two delegations from the province of Buenos Aires.

The inaugural ceremony took place at the Casa del Deporte in Ushuaia, attended by provincial and municipal authorities, including Provincial Sports Secretary Mariano Vallaro and Deputy Sports Secretary Natalia Muñoz. The event aimed to promote sports development, integration, and values such as teamwork and camaraderie among young athletes.
