Ushuaia Rehabilitation Center completes second year with 60,000+ services

The Centro Provincial de Rehabilitación (CPR) in Ushuaia celebrated its second anniversary, reporting 60,904 services provided between July 2025 and August 2026. This represents a 9.4% increase from the 55,667 services recorded during its first year.

Of these services, 45,318 were for adult patients and 13,514 were for pediatric patients. Additionally, the center provided 3,253 services related to adapted physical activity and pool therapy. Officials noted that the facility currently maintains no waiting list for adult patients.

The institution has expanded its specialized care, including a Day Hospital that treated 24 patients in its first year of operation. The CPR also manages programs for neurological, traumatological, amputee, vestibular, and obesity-related conditions. Furthermore, the center provided 15,000 services specifically for the elderly through memory workshops and preventive programs.
