USR boycotts Antena 3 CNN program and files CNA complaint

The USR party has announced it will no longer send representatives to the television program ‘Sinteza zilei’ on Antena 3 CNN, hosted by Mihai Gâdea. This decision follows a heated confrontation on September 17, during which USR Vice President Radu Mihaiu left the studio after being accused of ‘treason’ by the moderator.

USR has stated it will file a complaint with the National Audiovisual Council (CNA), alleging a ‘media lynching’ against its members and voters. The party claims the program has functioned as a ‘political tribunal’ for months, targeting its leadership and the Bolojan Government. Additionally, the party criticized the use of xenophobic discourse and the broadcast of false information regarding party leader Dominic Fritz.
