UT Arlington defeats UTSA 3-1 in volleyball season opener

UT Arlington opened the Razorback Invitational with a 3-1 volleyball victory over UTSA at Barnhill Arena. The Mavericks secured the win behind a .458 hitting percentage and a dominant fourth set.

In the opening set, UT Arlington established an early lead through Camryn McMinn and Erica Dellesky. Although UTSA narrowed the gap to 22-22, UTA regained control to win the set 25-23. UTSA responded by winning the second set 25-13, capitalizing on UTA service errors. UT Arlington reclaimed momentum in the third set, winning 25-20, and closed out the match with a 25-12 victory in the fourth set.
