UTA union leader César González denounced for alleged sexual abuse and extortion

César González, the general secretary of the local branch of the Unión Tranviarios Automotor (UTA) in Tucumán, has been criminally denounced for alleged sexual abuse and labor extortion.

The complaint, filed by legal representatives Juan Macario Santamarina and Gonzalo Ascárate, involves a victim who reportedly experienced harassment, labor subordination, and attacks on physical and psychological integrity while working within the union organization.

The legal team has requested to act as private plaintiffs and has called for urgent protection measures for the victim. The case is currently in its initial procedural stages under judicial reserve as authorities evaluate the evidence presented.
