Utah Jazz rookie Darryn Peterson misses anticipated Summer League showdown with Chicago's Caleb Wilson

Chicago rookie Caleb Wilson posted a 19‑point, eight‑rebound, five‑block line in the Bulls' 63‑80 loss to the Utah Jazz at the 2026 Las Vegas Summer League. He shot 8‑of‑17 from the field, including 3‑of‑8 from three, but struggled at the line, going 0‑for‑6 on free throws.

Utah's second‑overall pick Darryn Peterson has been a focal point of the Jazz's Summer League campaign, leading the class in free‑throw attempts (eight per game) and drawing 22 fouls in two outings. He recorded 23 points, five assists, two steals and two blocks in a 104‑82 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers and has scored 20 or more points in each of his four games, including 28 points in his debut against the Atlanta Hawks.
