Utah Jazz sign G League guard Terrell Brown Jr
Terrell Brown Jr., a 28‑year‑old guard who went undrafted in 2022 after playing at the University of Washington, has agreed to a training‑camp deal with the Utah Jazz. The contract is expected to be an Exhibit 10 agreement, which would provide a bonus if he is waived before the season and then spends at least 60 days with the Jazz’s NBA G League affiliate, the Salt Lake City Stars.
Brown spent the past four seasons in the G League, most recently with the Greensboro Swarm, where he helped the team win a G League championship. He averaged roughly 11 points and 6 assists per game in his last season. The signing brings the Jazz roster to the offseason limit of 20 players, joining 14 players on guaranteed contracts and filling one of the remaining training‑camp spots.
The move adds depth to Utah’s backcourt ahead of the 2026‑27 season, though the team is expected to waive Brown before the regular season begins, after which he will likely report to the Stars.
