Utah Jazz sign new players and maintain significant draft capital
The Utah Jazz have announced the signings of center Ibrahima Diallo and guard Justin Harmon. Both players are expected to receive Exhibit 10 deals, which may include bonuses for G League eligibility. Diallo previously played for the Westchester Knicks, while Harmon spent the last season with the Salt Lake City Stars.
Other NBA roster movements include the Denver Nuggets waiving Kevin Miller and the San Antonio Spurs waiving Jayden Nunn. The Portland Trail Blazers have waived Mark Armstrong and Samson Johnson, replacing them with guard Mark Sears and wing Barry Dunning Jr. on Exhibit 10 contracts. Additionally, the Boston Celtics have signed Hayden Gray and Gabe McGlothan to training camp contracts.
Regarding long-term assets, the Utah Jazz maintain significant draft flexibility following recent trades. After acquiring Jaren Jackson Jr. and trading Walker Kessler to the Los Angeles Lakers, the Jazz possess a pool of 10 first-round picks and 11 second-round picks spanning from 2027 to 2033.
