Utah Royals beat North Carolina Courage 4-1 with late penalty

Cloé Lacasse converted a stoppage‑time penalty to secure a 4‑1 victory for the Utah Royals over the North Carolina Courage in the National Women’s Soccer League. The win marked the most goals the Royals have ever scored on the road. Nuria Rábano contributed two assists, and Utah’s attack was highlighted by a header from Mina Tanaka following Lacasse’s cross.

In a separate NWSL match the Boston Legacy defeated the Kansas City Current 1‑0, with Aïssata Traoré scoring the lone goal and goalkeeper Casey Murphy recording a clean sheet.
