Utaodo Dai-Taiban CHALLENGE STAGE audition live event announced

The “Utaodo Dai-Taiban CHALLENGE STAGE” audition live event is scheduled for September 22, 2026, at ANTHEM AKIBA. This project is a joint collaboration between Real Akiba Co., Ltd. and Dwango Co., Ltd. aimed at discovering the next generation of stars in the “utaite” (singing) and “odotte-mita” (dancing) communities.

Sixteen groups that passed the initial online screening will compete in 10-minute live performances. The top two performers will earn the right to appear in the main “Utaodo Dai-Taiban 2026” concert on December 5, 2026. The event features a panel of special judges, including prominent creators such as Akaji, Yuge, SHIRAHAN, and xxxproject.

Tickets for the singing and dancing segments are currently available through the BUZZ Ticket playguide service.
