UTHGRA and FEHGRA finalize hospitality sector wage agreement

The Union of Tourism, Hotel and Gastronomy Workers of the Argentine Republic (UTHGRA) and the Hotel Gastronomic Entrepreneurial Federation of the Argentine Republic (FEHGRA) have finalized a collective bargaining agreement for the period of June 2026 to May 2027.

The agreement establishes salary scales and non-remunerative sums for the months of July through September 2026. For September, workers will receive the third installment of an extraordinary non-remunerative bonus, with amounts varying by professional category and establishment zone.

Additionally, the parties agreed to an 8.03% increase over the September base salaries to serve as the reference point for determining salary scales starting in October 2026.
