Utility maintenance causes water outages in Olsztyn and Warsaw

Planned utility maintenance in Poland will result in water and hot water supply interruptions for residents in Olsztyn and Warsaw.

In Olsztyn, the Municipal Heating Enterprise (MPEC) has scheduled a hot water outage for September 24, 2026, lasting from 6:00 to 23:00. The interruption is due to modernization works on the municipal heating network and will affect several buildings on Artyleryjska, Leśna, Bałtycka, Żółta, Zielona, and Konopnickiej streets.

In Warsaw, the Municipal Water and Sewage Company (MPWiK) has announced several scheduled water outages starting September 17. In the Bemowo district, interruptions are planned for Gen. Meriana C. Coopera street. Mokotów will experience outages on Zielona street on September 17, followed by further disruptions on September 18 in the Śródziemnomorska area, affecting Korsykańska, Macedońska, and św. Bonifacego streets. The Ursynów district will also face outages on Taneczna, Menueta, Mariana Lalewicza, and Zdzisława Mączeńskiego streets.
