UTN Mendoza opens registration for ISO 45001 safety management course

The Mendoza Regional Faculty of the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN) has opened registration for a distance learning course focused on ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management systems.

This course serves as the third module of the Diploma in Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health. Because the diploma is structured with independent modules, students can enroll directly in this stage and complete the first two modules later. The program aims to provide tools for interpreting, implementing, and maintaining management systems under ISO 45001:2018 standards, focusing on risk prevention and continuous process improvement.

The curriculum is divided into four units: the origin of the ISO 45001:2018 standard, leadership and risk management, system planning and operation, and performance evaluation. The teaching staff includes engineers Gabriela Mellimaci and Florencia Gómez Portillo.
