UTN students hospitalized in Trenque Lauquen

Four students from the UTN are currently receiving medical treatment at the Hospital Municipal de Trenque Lauquen “Dr. Pedro T. Orellana”.

Two patients remain in the Intensive Care Unit. Sandra Florencia Trisiani is on mechanical respiratory assistance and receiving antibiotic treatment with a reserved prognosis. Gonzalo Pereda Tavoloni is breathing spontaneously with nasal oxygen support and is currently stable with a reserved prognosis.

Two other students are being treated by the traumatology service. Melany Corti underwent surgery for a femur fracture and is being treated for additional wrist and knee injuries. María Clara Montes is being treated for a tibial plateau fracture and wounds to the thigh and knee; she is currently awaiting transfer to a higher-complexity medical center.
