UTN Trenque Lauquen receives six-year accreditation for Industrial Engineering

The National Technological University (UTN) Regional Faculty of Trenque Lauquen has received a six-year accreditation for its Industrial Engineering program. The resolution was issued by the National Commission for University Evaluation and Accreditation (CONEAU) following an extensive evaluation process.

The assessment covered several dimensions, including the 2023 curriculum implementation, faculty dedication, student support systems, and institutional infrastructure such as laboratories and libraries. The evaluation also considered research, technological development, and the program's integration with the local socio-productive environment.

This accreditation follows previous three-year recognitions granted in 2007, 2011, and 2014. The current process, which began in 2018 alongside a curriculum update, was extended due to the pandemic and administrative factors before reaching its conclusion in 2024.
