UTRGV Announces 2026-27 Swimming & Diving Schedule

The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) swimming and diving program released its full 2026‑27 schedule. Two home meets will be held at the City of Pharr‑PSJA Natatorium, including the annual Pentathlon on Sept. 25 and an Orange and Gray Intrasquad Meet on Sept. 26. UTRGV will host Bowling Green at home on Nov. 6‑7 and open the season on the road against Rice in Houston on Oct. 9‑10. The team will travel to New Mexico to face the Lobos and Aggies on Oct. 16‑17, and later split for separate invites: divers at the NAU Diving Invite in Flagstaff (Nov. 19‑21) and swimmers at the UIW Invite in San Antonio (Nov. 20‑22). The fall concludes with a meet versus West Florida on Dec. 16. The spring schedule includes a match against Pepperdine (Jan. 9) and a visit to North Texas (Jan. 22‑23), followed by the MPSF Championships (Feb. 17‑21). Coach Betsy Graham said the team aims to qualify for the NCAA Zone “D” Diving Championships in Austin (Mar. 8‑10) and the CSCAA National Invite in Ocala (Mar. 10‑13).
