Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath holds Janata Darshan in Gorakhpur despite rain

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted a Janata Darshan at the Gorakhnath Temple complex in Gorakhpur on Saturday morning, proceeding with the event despite heavy rain. He met with roughly 250 residents, listening to their problems and urging them not to worry, promising that the government would provide “full help.”

During the meeting the CM instructed officials to address each grievance promptly and transparently, ordering strict action against land grabbers and strongmen who had seized property of the poor. He also directed that medical assistance requests be fast‑tracked, with funds from the discretionary relief budget allocated for treatment costs. After the public interaction, Yogi performed a traditional animal‑care ritual in the temple’s gosala, feeding cows with jaggery‑bread.
