Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath inaugurates Rs 464 crore RUPAAM campus in Lucknow
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the new Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Uttar Pradesh Administration and Management Academy (RUPAAM) campus in Lucknow. The state‑of‑the‑art facility, built at a cost of over Rs 464 crore and spread across more than 22 acres, is equipped for modern administrative training, including residential blocks, high‑tech classrooms and modules on good governance.
During the ceremony the CM linked the campus to broader development goals, stating that a capable administration and prosperous farmers are the foundation of a “Developed Uttar Pradesh.” He also opened the 9th Uttar Pradesh Common Festival 2026, celebrating agricultural progress. The launch is part of the state’s push to showcase technology‑driven governance, improve service delivery and boost sectors such as tourism on the path toward a projected $1 trillion economy by 2029‑30.
