Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath launches ₹690 crore development projects in Ramapur, attacks opposition
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated 102 development projects in Ramapur worth more than ₹690 crore. The ceremony was framed as a showcase of the state's rapid growth, with the CM declaring that Uttar Pradesh is now among India’s top‑three economies.
During the event he launched a strong attack on the opposition Samajwadi Party and the Congress, recalling the 2017 period when “रामभक्त ‘रामलला हम आएंगे, मंदिर वहीं बनाएंगे’ का नारा लगाते थे, तब उन पर गोलियां चलाई जाती थीं… आज वही लोग आस्था की दुहाई दे रहे हैं।” He claimed that former critics of the Ram deity now praise the same faith.
The CM highlighted Ramapur’s cultural heritage—its embroidery, violin making, and mint production—and said the new projects will benefit all sections of society, ending past practices of land grabs and discrimination.
