Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi unveils ₹542 crore development plan for Barabanki district

On Monday, 20 July, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath will travel to Barabanki district to inaugurate a slate of 82 development projects valued at more than ₹542 crore. The projects cover Barabanki as well as the Ramnagar and Dariyabad assembly constituencies. In Ramnagar, 14 schemes costing over ₹104 crore will be launched and 22 new schemes worth above ₹178 crore will be opened. In Dariyabad, 12 schemes above ₹29 crore and 34 new schemes exceeding ₹231 crore will be inaugurated.

The visit follows the chief minister’s recent opening of the Uttar Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority headquarters, a modern building costing over ₹200 crore, along with a new website and the honoring of eight emergency‑service personnel for acts of bravery. The announced initiatives are intended to accelerate infrastructure development and improve public services in the region.
