Uttar Pradesh Election Commission Announces Free Computer Assistant Recruitment

The Uttar Pradesh State Election Commission has issued a direct recruitment drive for 40 Computer Assistant positions. Applicants must have passed the 12th grade from a recognized board, hold a NIELIT‑certified CCC computer certificate, and meet typing speed minimums of 25 Hindi words per minute and 30 English words per minute. Age eligibility is 22 to 40 years.

Selected candidates will be posted across various districts of Uttar Pradesh with an initial in‑hand salary of approximately ₹23,000 per month, ranging between ₹20,001 and ₹30,000. The recruitment process is conducted online through the Seva Yojan portal (sewayojan.up.nic.in) with no application fee for any category of candidates. The last date to submit applications is 31 July 2026.
