Uttar Pradesh food products showcased at SIAL Paris exhibition

Food products from Uttar Pradesh were showcased at the SIAL Paris international food exhibition in France, aiming to access global markets and attract foreign investment. During the event, Bareilly-based Grover Foods reportedly established contact with potential buyers from 15 different countries.

Discussions were held with representatives from the French company Soufflé Malt regarding the possibility of establishing a malt processing plant in Uttar Pradesh. The initiative, supported by Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, seeks to provide better markets for farmers, create employment for youth and women, and strengthen the rural economy through value addition.

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann visited the Uttar Pradesh food processing department stall, observing the quality and diversity of the products on display.
