Uttar Pradesh Homeguard PET rescheduled to September 15

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has rescheduled the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the Homeguard recruitment process. The exam is now set to begin on September 15, 2026.

The postponement follows heavy rainfall and waterlogging at several examination centers, which had previously caused the test to be delayed multiple times. Approximately 100,000 candidates who successfully cleared the document verification and physical standard tests (DV/PST) are expected to participate in the PET for 41,424 available positions.

Revised admit cards will be available for download on the official UPPRPB website starting September 13, 2026. Candidates are advised to download the updated documents to verify their specific exam centers, reporting times, and other essential instructions.
