Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show 2026 records 6,500 crore INR in MoUs

The fourth edition of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026 concluded at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida, marking significant growth in both economic activity and public engagement. The five-day event saw the signing of approximately 4,400 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) valued at roughly 6,500 crore INR (680 million USD).

Business inquiries during the event are estimated to represent a potential turnover of 15,500 crore INR. According to the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), the show hosted 41,500 B2B and business meetings, including a 123% increase in meetings within the Reverse Buyers-Sellers Meet (RBSM) sector compared to the previous year.

In terms of attendance, the event recorded a total footfall of nearly 598,693 people, including 174,990 domestic business buyers. The trade show also served as a cultural platform, featuring diverse performances ranging from classical sitar and Kathak to traditional Tharu tribal dances, alongside art and craft competitions involving students from over 28 schools.
