Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show to feature Moradabad and Meerut entrepreneurs

The fourth Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) is scheduled to take place from September 25 to 29 at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida. The event aims to connect local artisans and entrepreneurs from various districts with global buyers and markets.

From Moradabad, 78 entrepreneurs, including new and established exporters, women, and youth, will participate. A significant focus is placed on the brass and metal handicraft industry, with 42 new exporters securing stalls in Hall 14 to engage directly with international supply chains. Additionally, 14 established exporters will be present in Hall 15 to expand existing contracts.

Meerut will also have a strong presence with over 50 entrepreneurs showcasing products from agriculture, food processing, and small-scale industries. Participants include modern polyhouse farmers and honey producers, alongside various MSME and ODOP (One District One Product) businesses. The trade show is expected to attract approximately 1.5 million business buyers and over 4.5 million general consumers.
