Uttarakhand CM Dhami welcomes BJP appointments and critiques Rahul Gandhi

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed gratitude to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national leadership following the inclusion of four leaders from the state in the party’s new national team. BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt noted that the appointments, including former Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat as National Vice President, reflect the leadership's trust in experienced grassroots workers.

In a separate political engagement, Chief Minister Dhami criticized Congress MP Rahul Gandhi regarding his ‘Chhatron Ki Goonj’ program. Dhami claimed the event lacked representation from Uttarakhand's youth and accused Gandhi of spreading misinformation regarding exam fraud. Dhami countered Gandhi's claims by stating that the state government has jailed over 100 individuals involved in cheating mafias and has successfully completed 34,000 appointments without instances of fraud.
