Uttarakhand CM launches Manorama Krishi Rakshak app for farmers

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has launched the ‘Manorama Krishi Rakshak’ mobile application, a digital initiative designed to support farmers and self-help groups in the region. Developed by the Manorama Dabral Jan Kalyan Samiti, the app aims to consolidate essential agricultural services into a single digital platform.

The application features artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to assist in the detection of crop diseases, allowing for earlier identification and intervention. Additionally, the platform provides real-time weather alerts, crop-specific advisory services, and up-to-date market information to help farmers make informed decisions.

To further support the agricultural supply chain, the app also includes features related to transportation and logistics, aiming to bridge the gap between farming activities and market access.
