Uttarakhand DGP Deepam Seth calls for protection of national integrity

During Independence Day 2026 ceremonies in Dehradun, Uttarakhand Director General of Police Deepam Seth hoisted the national flag and called for collective responsibility to protect the nation's unity, integrity, and democratic values.

During the event at Police Headquarters, Seth administered an oath of national unity and presented commendation discs and certificates to distinguished police personnel. He highlighted the Uttarakhand Police's recent professional achievements, including managing security for the Prime Minister's roadshow, organizing the Nyaya Sanhita exhibition, and overseeing security and traffic for the Char Dham Yatra and Kanwar Mela. Additionally, he noted the force's high ranking in national cybercrime management.
