Uttarakhand SDRF receives ISO 9001:2015 certification

The Uttarakhand State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 international quality management certification. This recognition highlights the force's commitment to effective management systems, standardized procedures, and continuous service improvement.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami congratulated the officers and personnel of the SDRF, noting that the certification reflects their discipline, dedication, and efficiency in disaster management. Given Uttarakhand's vulnerability to natural disasters such as landslides, floods, and heavy rainfall, the Chief Minister emphasized that maintaining high quality and rigorous standards in relief and rescue operations is vital for saving lives and supporting affected families.
