Uçuş Rehberim app provides digital services for Turkish airports
Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu has highlighted the features of the ‘Uçuş Rehberim’ mobile application, developed by the State Airports Authority (DHMİ). The app, which has been downloaded over 623,000 times since its introduction in October 2020, is designed to centralize various passenger services on a single digital platform.
Key functionalities include real-time flight tracking for domestic, international, and transit flights within Turkish airspace via an interactive map. The application also provides interactive floor plans for 52 airports, allowing passengers to use a ‘Go to Gate’ feature to navigate from their current location to their specific flight gate.
Additional services include a ‘Where is My Vehicle?’ feature to help users locate parked cars, access to transportation information, and a ‘Snap-and-Send’ tool for submitting feedback to DHMİ. Furthermore, the app offers users 2 GB of free monthly internet service at DHMİ-operated airports.
