UYBA Busto Arsizio to play first three home matches in Biella

Laica Cioccolato UYBA Busto Arsizio has announced that its first three home matches of the 2026/27 season will be played at the Biella Forum due to the unavailability of their home arena in Viale Gabardi. The temporary venue, which holds approximately 5,000 spectators, was secured through an agreement with the Municipality of Biella.

The season will debut on Sunday, October 4, with a ‘Ticino derby’ against Igor Gorgonzola Novara. Following this, the team will host Bergamo on October 18 and Talmassons on October 21 in Biella. The club expects to announce a permanent home venue for the remainder of the season within ten days.

During the team's official presentation, coach Enrico Barbolini introduced a roster that includes new Japanese players Yukiko Wada, Nanami Seki, and Miku Otomo. The club is also awaiting the arrival of Mexican player Melanie Parra. Club president Andrea Saini acknowledged the additional travel effort required from fans and expressed hope to attract new supporters in the Biella region.
