Uzungöl businesses meet to plan future Winter Festival

Local businesses and stakeholders in Uzungöl held an evaluation meeting to discuss the outcomes of the Winter Festival held from January 23 to 25. Hosted by Sezgiler Hotel, the meeting focused on creating a roadmap for future iterations of the event.

Uzungöl Festival Association President Yavuz İnan emphasized the importance of stakeholder input to strengthen the region's brand value. Festival Coordinator Erhan Eroğlu presented a comprehensive report detailing the results and experiences gained during the recent event, outlining plans to establish a more institutional and sustainable festival model.

The primary objective discussed was to transform Uzungöl into a year-round tourism destination rather than a seasonal one. Participants aimed to develop a more planned and corporate organizational structure that actively involves local businesses in the planning and execution processes.
