Vũ Khắc Tiệp rebuilds parents' countryside home into modern four‑storey house

Vietnamese celebrity Vũ Khắc Tiệp, known for a lavish lifestyle of five‑star resorts and multi‑million‑dollar villas, drew public attention when photos showed his parents living in a modest four‑room house in Quỹ Nhất, Nghĩa Hưng district, Nam Định province. Critics argued that his extravagant spending did not match the simple conditions of his family’s home.

Amid the controversy, Tiệp announced plans to replace the old structure. He later completed a new, four‑storey residence built on the same plot. The modern house features a white façade, large glass windows, wide balconies and a front parking area, providing a spacious, well‑lit environment for his aging parents. Tiệp said the project was his proudest achievement of the year and a personal gift to his parents after many years of work.
