V-League 2026-2027: Disciplinary actions and relegation concerns

The VPF has announced several disciplinary sanctions for Round 6 of the 2026-2027 V-League season. Hanoi FC will be without head coach Harry Kewell and fitness assistant Bruno Luis Inarra, both of whom face suspensions following a match against SHB Da Nang. Additionally, Bac Ninh head coach Paulo Foiani and technical analyst Nguyen Van Phong have been banned from the technical area for Round 6.

Several players are also facing suspensions, including Xuan Quyet (Bac Ninh), Phuoc Bao (HAGL), Anh Tiep (Hanoi), and Lucas (Ninh Binh). CAHN will be missing players Duc Phu, Leonardo, and Doan Van Hau for their upcoming fixtures.

In league standings, Dong Nai FC sits at the bottom of the table after five rounds, having earned only one point and failing to score a goal. Despite the presence of veteran players Cong Phuong and Xuan Truong, the club faces a significant risk of relegation due to limited contributions from its senior stars.
